I have lectured in the USA, the UK, Russia, Japan, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, France, Germany, Austria, Czechia and Slovakia. My articles were published in nine languages, I am co-editor and author of four multi-lingual volumes, and my monograph Czechoslovakia in the Adriatic was published in Slovene (2009) and Czech (2014). My last edited volume Borderlands of Memory. Adriatic and Central European Perspectives were published by Peter Lang Oxford in the series Cultural Memories (2019), while my new book in Slovene (co-authored with Gorazd Bajc) is The Fire that embraced Europe.
