As a demographer, I gained a lot of professional knowledge in the field of statistical analysis during my educational journey. I have a lot of practical knowledge in the field of professional HR, with extensive experience in strategic HR planning, performance management, training and development. For the past 10 years, I have participated in and independently managed various Erasmus, Horizon and Interreg projects.
